MC-154665Minecarts need two powerrail to stop
I don't have try out all in 1.14 so even can be affected before 1.14.2. mincarts dont stop on one powerd rail, you need two (in 1.13.2 the minecart do halt on only one).
I'm showing two clips on 1.14.2 test (in one i try different design to get a workarund), is similar design i have in 1.13.2.
I try to search but i guess i´m first on this issue. And you can see at droppers not work properly ether (can see if is issue on this).
