camera twitching

I was trying to farm on a realm and the mouse would face me to a random postion, when testing it in singleplayer by building a house i had the same problem, it would face me to those places in the screenshots i have attached. tested to see if it was always oppisite of where i look and its not, always random but never faced me west.
