Item frames AND villagers disappeared with pre-3

All of my item frames and villagers have disappeared this morning upon the launching of 1.14.3 pre-release 3 in my single player world. I backed up my world before launching and then tried going back to 1.14.2 but the issue was still there. I saw that this was an issue on 1.14.2 but I have had no issue with the villagers until now.
