Doors and redstone & torch

If I'll try to place a torch, or Redstone torch, or button, or lever, or a tripwire hook, it will be placed. But, if I will activate or button or a lever, the door will open, then close, and the button or the lever will drop. (for the dropping I don't have a gif)
