Worlds in saves folder not showing up in World List

After selecting Single Player mode, the list of available worlds shows only a few of our many saves. The missing worlds are still in the saves Folder in .minecraft, and they were working fine earlier today. We quit/saved to title and closed the game down. Also restarted Windows a couple times.
