Blocks not breaking

Some blocks (like sign, chest, furnace) are glitching and returning after you break them. 

I tried relogging, restarting my server, replacing them with other blocks using WorldEdit but they still kept returning.

And after this crash my server doesn't want to start.

Im not sure if this is a problem with WorldEdit or Minecraft itself.
