My world+1.14.2= disaster

spawn-eggs, pressure plates , books, buttons, ender pearls, bows, crossbows take too much time to work (ex. right-click on a spawn egg and nothing will happen, wait few seconds and the mob will spawn were you right-clicked)
Note: This happens only if my world (and only that world) is opened in 1.14.2 or newest versions, and my computer is pretty strong
