Placeholder Graphic When Expanding Map

When expanding a map at the crafting block this afternoon, the map takes on a texture of some random (dev?) images. Once I backed out of the crafting GUI, the map returned to normal, but I was unable to expand the map any further via the crafting table. Every time I clicked the map icon, it alternated from my storage to a hotkey, so I couldn't place it in the crafting grid.
