Long-distance end teleport using end portal and minecart/boat

This bug occurs when you exit a boat or minecart that is inside an end portal block. This can be achieved by placing any solid blocks under the portal blocks and driving the vehicle into the portal.

If the vehicle is not inside the portal when you exit it, both you and the vehicle will be teleported to the obsidian platform at 100, 0 as normal. If the vehicle is inside a portal block with you, it will be sent to the platform alone – meanwhile, you will be teleported to the spot in the end with the same coordinates as the spot you just left in the overworld.

This allows for precise long-distance end teleportation that bypasses the main island and can be used from any stronghold location (up to ~24km out in survival).
