I was in survival.

I cheated.

I wanted to find the first item of the "locate" command list with a "locate" command

This was the output coordinate command

x=-1208    y=~      z=50

I activated slow falling effect and enter command "/tp -1280 100 50"

I teleported but in coordinate: x=-1208   y=-270    z=50

I was under the bedrock layers.

I was falling

And I CAN'T ENTER ANY COMMANDS     I CAN'T DOING ANY WORKS LIKE EATING, FLYING , ....

ONLY I CAN OPEN INVENTORY , OPEN COORDINATE AND TAKE SCREENSHOT

It's a bug in version 1.14.2:

when we are teleporting to far coordinate,the game is teleporting we to the under the bedrock layers

PLEASE HELP , I LOVE MINECRAFT
