The bug
When running /clear in a lectern, the affected items turn into ghost items (client-only).
How to reproduce
/give @p lectern{BlockStateTag:{has_book:"true"},BlockEntityTag:{Book:{id:written_book,Count:1b,tag:{author:a,title:a,pages:['{"text":"Click here","clickEvent":{"action":"run_command","value":"/clear @s"}}']}}}}
Place this lectern, access it, then click the text.
