i can not use anything(doors, chests, placing blocks, destroying blocks) in a limited area(5-10 block diamiter)

What I expected to happen was to open the door and chests

What actually happened was it did clicking animation but did not change anything, and door opened one of the 2 tall blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to door
2. open door
3. door dose not open fully
