Jump boost BUG

Jump boost effect isn't working properly or isn't working at all.I buffed myself with /effect <name> 08 1000000 <id>.
ID list that are not working:
129 to 253 are not jumping(I mean you can't jump!)
253 is jumping like a half block tall
254 is not jumping properly
255 is not jumping properly

Steps to reproduce:
1.Enter a map with cheats mode:on
2.Give yourself effect 08 and the IDs listed above
3.Done.
