Villagers consuming more items than are actually being traded 1.14.2

I First noticed this the other day on my SMP, I traded a villager 5 stacks of Iron, he had a trade of 3 iron per Emerald, after all 5 stacks were gone, i only had 23 Emeralds. I searched to make sure there was not a current open ticket on this issue, as the only other Ticket says resolved, So I recorded a short video showing a few different trades so I could replicate the issue to show you.
