Server crash in 1.14.2

Server was started and allowed to run unoccupied with no error.

After player joins server, there is a delay where the player can move about in the world, then the server crashes silently. Error persists after downgrading server to 1.14.1, then re-upgrading to 1.14.2. When the world is played in single player, there are no crashes.

Error has been triggered 4 times.

I'm not sure what would be required for reproduction other than the world folder, but as it is 913 MB in size, I will wait on providing it until requested.

Potential related bugs:

MC-138550 has lag leading to crashes, but there is no lag before crash in my scenario.
