Mouse Buttons Dont hold so cant break blocks or simelar

The button registers but when holding it noting happens only a singel punch. tryed rebinding the keys tryed other keys but still noting. 

walking and menu works just not the mouse buttons aperantly.

 

Small update: i tryed in creative mode, i am abel to hold buttons, i tryed in windowed mode, it worked also, then i dropt back into survival and it worked fine then agan. so im very cofused.
