Weird ZigZag Screen bug when launching any Minecraft version

I'm not sure if this is just my own pc because when I play Minecraft on my older laptop, It displayed just fine. Both computers had an amd graphics card and yes, I did try to update mine. Does anyone know what's happening or how to fix this? I can't find any source on how to fix this and I have tried other downloads for Minecraft launcher to see if the bug is fixed. I cannot play Minecraft at all with this bug.
