Red screen outline when graphics are fancy

I think that this is only an issue with Mac because it only does this on Mac as far as I know. When switching the graphic to fancy there will be a red outline around your game screen. I disappear as soon as the graphics are changed back to fast. I have tried this on multiple Mac and it seems to be an issue for all of them
