SMP - Powered Rails float when placed on Gravel and removing it

What i was expecting to happen: Rails pop off when removing Gravel.

What actually happened: Rails still float in the air after removing Gravel.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go on a Server
2. Place Gravel
3. Place a (Powered) Rail on it
4. Remove Gravel
