Game Crashes Randomly

Playing Minecraft as normal could be for an hour or two or just 15 minutes then the game crashes completely and loses any progress that wasn't autosaved.  I have left the game open for an hour in a loaded save without crash and usually, the crash is related to movement or input from the keyboard triggering the game to crash.  I will attach the crash log and paste below, I would like to find the source of the crash as it has been preventing me from playing Minecraft for a number of versions since January 2019 and my initial thoughts are the 144 Hz or 1440P causing it since it started around the time I switched from my 60 Hz 1080P panel.
