Pigmen Zombies won't stop from attacking

It's been many hours now since the zombies didn't stopped attacking I have killed them all the time with one hit kills and there were no one left around when I go to another area the other zombies there still attack this is not normal in 1.13 they were becoming pacific in one minute now never could you please help
