2 button click sounds instead of one

To reproduce:

 

Press Escape

Click Options

Click 'Music & Sounds' with your cursor in such a position so that it is over the 'Blocks' slider on the next screen.

 

It's almost as if the click gets applied to both Music & Sounds and the blocks slider, resulting in two clicks.
