Zombie Pigmen angered when attacking Wither Skeletons

Zombie Pigmen are becoming angry when attacking other mobs (mostly Wither Skeletons, though it has happened when I attacked Blazes & Magma Cubes), and sometimes for no reason at all. Changing to Peaceful and back to Easy/Normal pacifies them for a few minutes, then they become angry again.
