Bug with Elytra and Swimming mode in the newest version of Minecraft

I met this bug by chance. He appeared at a certain point when: I was in swim mode with the dressed Elytra in the water. While I was trying to kill the guard with my magic, I ate. Perhaps as a result of combinations of actions led to this bug. When I died from the Guardian, I regained my health and by adding to this the script that I was in the water was nullified and the Elytra activated the soaring. 
And after the rebirth. Being on the ground, the hover mode was turned on. I could not walk and could only direct myself with the mouse as with Elytra. The sensations were that I walked on the ice, besides, my jump was higher in almost three blocks, and I could still soar and remain standing on the ground. Such a bug is not visible to other players, my friend saw my slow walk, but also saw a big jump and the feeling that I was in the creative. This bug can give pridemestvu someone, as people can get a bank due to the fact that they could fly in survival.
