Walking on boats seems to have a 50% chance to just rapidly shake the player character.

What I expected to happen was...:
I should always walk on the boat no different than walking on a block.

What actually happened was...:
Half the time, my character would shake, which is incredibly annoying, and it was difficult to look around.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Jump onto the boat from land/exit the boat.
2. Walk around.
