Cant start launcher

hi there. got a problem with my minecraft launcher

i start the launcher with version 1.14 - 1.14.2 - client stuck

i start the launcher with version 1.13 - 1.13.2 - i can choose what server i want to enter, client stuck after i click enter.

i start the launcher with version 1.12 - 1.12.2 - i can enter the server, walk 2 meter, client stuck

 

i realy have no clue what issue it is. java has current version, i reinstalled java and minecraft a few times, nothing helps.. i hope u can help
