Rainbow Glass Panes?

I just started up a new minecraft world on my computer using the seed REDRED (-1881547168) so I could see all the new changes to villagers. I am not quite sure what happened, but when I got into the world the glass panes glitched, and did a weird gradient... color.. change... thing? From red to orange. It was... ehm... interesting, to say the least. I took a couple screenshots, and have no idea how to recreate this.

 

Of course, this may be a problem on my end since I am running a pre-release of 1.14 for optifine (I get a lot of lag on my PC, no matter which I use). Still, I figured it may be good to report it for future reference!
