Hardcore Mode "Delete World" freeze bug

What I expected to happen was...:
I could create a new world after dying in a Hardcore Mode world.

What actually happened was...:
Doing anything that sends you outside of the title screen and menus freezes the game.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Die in a Hardcore Mode world.
2. Click "Delete World"
3. Enter a game of Minecraft (Via joining a world, server, realm server, or creating a world)
4. No matter what you do, the game should freeze up on a blank-ish screen, essentially crashing Minecraft, and lags out, requiring ending the task via Task Manager.
