Hardcore Mode "Delete World" visual bug

What I expected to happen was...:
I would be booted to the normal title screen.

What actually happened was...:
The title screen's background turns completely white with a gradient.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Die in a Hardcore Mode world.
2. Click "Delete World".
3. The title screen will appear normal, but with a white gradient background instead.
