farms

I was just playing normal survival Minecraft when I cant place some carrots for my villager breeder which I have been working on for a while. I thought it was just a little glitch where it won't let me place it there then so I just continued to place but then more and more of the blocks started appearing like the farmland already had crops growing in it when they didn't.
