block bug / stuck in corner of block

(sorry for my english) I dig block of sand that falls on me and i got stuck in the block i rejoin but still stuck , it also happened when i close trapdoor infront of me i got stuck in the block and i cant move whit cursor , mouse and i cant crouch,also try to open the trapdoor but it closes back
