Directional Audio bugs

1. horizontal audio gets quieter as you go away from the source, vertical sound stays nearly the same then at a point disappears entirely. The sound stays loud for more blocks and doesn't sound above or below the player.

2. Resource packs with sounds don't get quieter as you move away from the source. When A sound is replaced it as loud as the .ogg file no matter how far away you are unless you are too far for the sound to play
