Minecraft lanching bug

When I launch minecraft 1.14.1, it opens up but will not load past 3/4 in the new loading screen. Or older versions wont even open and proceed to be run as a background process for some reason. 3'rd party launchers will run fine such as technic and magic launcher.

Steps I've taken: Uninstall-reinstall java and minecraft, used a different profile, task manger adding more resources to the programs, disabling discord overlay, virus scan, and cleaning out the .minecraft file.
