My Minecraft Sound is VERY Bad

My minecraft 1.14+ sound is really bad, compared to all of the other versions of Minecraft. I don't know why this is happening, but like when i break a block (for example on 1.7.10) it sounds perfectly fine, but when I break the same block on 1.14, it just sounds horrible, has like an echo. I recently found this video on youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5gYbs1Ghug ) where the breaking sound of grass is awful and sounds exactly like the one I am experiencing.
