Signs are hard to read from a distance

Signs are hard to read from a distance.

I don't know if it's my computer's fault, graphic or I don't know.
I have improved the graphics of the game and my pc and I still with the problem.
I cann't read from afar, I have to get close enough to read them.

can anybody help me?
