Stuck in a trapdoor in 1.14.2 pre-relase 4

when i exit my bubble elevator and close the trapdoor too quikly I'm getting stuck and can't move camera

 

while in this state I can only destroy blocks, I can't drink potions and when trying to place anything the item itself will disappear without placing

 

I have to open my world do LAN, allow cheats and go to spectator
