Launcher and game error.

Yesterday i made a full restoration of my PC.
Today I install the last version of Java and download the Minecraft installer, all seems to be fine, but when i ran the game i notice that Minecraft was darker than usual. Even the main screen of the launcher was less brighter, block, items, in all new and old versions, I try to lay in the new snapshots and nothing change at all.

Im not the only one that have the same problem. I have years of playing Minecraft and this is the first time that i have such a problem like this one.
