Spectator Mode Needs Fixed

upon dying in one of my hardcore survival worlds, I couldn't spectate the world I had spent so much time on since everything that was an entity was spinning in circles, standing still, and the world had completely vanished all that's in spectator mode is "void" . This issue is pretty big for me since I am going to be streaming a new hardcore survival world soon and if I die in game I would like to see the progress and or projects I've done.
