Level 30 enchants giving level 1-5 enchants

So I made an enchantment room and placed all the bookshelves needed to make a level 30 enchantment table. The table says it's level 30 but when I hover over to see what enchants i'll get it list enchants that you would get with a level 1-5 enchants.
