Lagging while treecutting

Hey. When I cut trees in MC Java 1.14.2 and it's pre-release versions I watch that my fps (Win 10, GTX 1080, i7 7700k) is going down from 140 (VSync) to 80-90. Can you please fix that bug? Video: https://youtu.be/tmN2_S-B1Ow
