Villager loses his already claimed workstation

I created new villager trading hall and i made some villagers in there. Before trading , i unloaded those chunks, when i came back , the trades were changed. Everyone of them probably reclaimed their workstation. Also if the place where the villager is , is 2x1 , any villager can steal their proffesion. Here is how my hall looks like.
