Minecraft 1.14 NO SOUNDS

Any Minecraft 1.14 version doesn't have any sounds. In older versions like 1.8.9 it has sound though. I have no clue how this happened, literally one day I logged onto my world and it did not have sound anymore. I tried to turn on the Narrator to see if it made noise and it DID but that seems to be the ONLY thing that makes sound in my game. I turned on subtitles too and it didn't say any sound was happening, but I was running around a village with a cow farm in it so it should have said someonething, but it didn't. Also in F3 mode it says Sounds: 0/247 + 0/8.
