Pigmen are not deaggroing

I hit a pigman ages ago and they are still after me. I went above the bedrock and made a 50 block tall tower afk-d for 10 minutes, no use, so i set my game into peacefull waited 5 minutes i've been doing some exploration and i changed it back to normal at a spot in the nether where i've never been, and still even those pigmen were after me no matter what i do they are always after me.
