Chunks not loading correctly

Since 1.14, a big part of minecraft comunity has experienced a nasty chunk loading like mine (it has increased in 1.14.2). This makes imposible to fly with elytra, you're just flying trough void while you see entities floating. I hope this is fixed in future updates, as elytra is one of the most important functions in minecraft.
