Brewing Stand - Blue Denim Crash Bug Screen

What I expected to happen was...:
I should of gotten a water breathing potion without issue.

What actually happened was...:
The game crashed to screen of a blue denim-like screen with the shade of the blue changing. I was able to get out of though the Windows Key on my keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
Couldn't replicate a second time with footage.

1. Brewing stand was close to the last of a single blaze powder fuel (with the three to fill it up).

2. Brewing a water breathing potion from with a single puffer fish and a awkward potion in the very left slot.
3. When I returned to the game after I crashed, the potion brewed but the blaze powder fuel reset to full.

 

The image shows the exact setup I did except of course the blaze powder fuel (which was 3/4 used up) since it got reset and this happened on a server with 20 slots for people and I was the only one online at the time.
