Performance regression

In 1.14 while exploring and loading chucks fps would hover around 76 and sometimes stutters dropping it down to 18 fps and staying there for about 3-7 seconds. However, in 1.14.1 while exploring my fps would be around 54 fps and when new chunks start to load fps would drop to 28 fps. Stuttering also happens more frequently dropping down to between 16-18 fps and staying there for about 6-15 seconds.
