Server is lagging, players are having big MS

Dear Mojang,

I would like to warn you, cuz as I can see the last issue has 125 votes but you are ignoring it or I really dont know whats happening, because this is a problem since version 1.14 and we are going close to 1.14.2 and still can't see any try to fix it.I think that 7GB RAM for Vanilla is bit more, dont u think?
