All types of wood fences connect to each other, but no longer connect to nether brick fences.

I placed an Oak Wood Fence next to a Nether Brick Fence, and they don't connect. I believe they used to, but they no longer do. Also, I remember it affects versions 1.13+, but the tag system only lets me do 1.14+.
