Mouse glitches in a random direction

Whenever I move my computer mouse in minecraft 1.14, the mouse pointer moves in a random direction, usually to the sky or the ground. I checked all the settings that might have caused this problem, but everything is normal. I don't have problems with the mouse outside minecraft. I also tried another mouse but it didn't help. I only had this problem in 1.14. This really makes it impossible to play and I hope it will be fixed soon.
