Floating snow and poppys above ice and water

Heya, Just started a new world to explore 1.14 and this was almost right infront of my spawn and i know for a fact that it is not right. There is snow and poppy flowers floating above a small pond of water and ice. the snow is also floating above blocks on groud level making it look like you can stand on it but you just fall right through.
